These terms, together with our privacy, refund, and shipping policies, are the agreement between you and Casa De Oro Resortwear LLC. Material changes take effect 30 days after email notice and a banner on the site.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older and legally able to form a binding contract. We ship to all U.S. jurisdictions except those under trade embargoes. Guest checkout is available; an account is optional.

Orders, payments, and pricing

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets.
  • If an advertised price deviates by more than 5% due to error, we may cancel the order with a full refund.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession.

Intellectual property and your content

Prohibited conduct

Bots, scraping, fake reviews, unauthorized resale, and security tampering are prohibited. We may terminate access immediately for violations.

Disclaimers and liability

  • Sizes are approximate; colors vary with lighting and screens.
  • Products are for comfort and style; no medical benefits are claimed.
  • Products are provided as is, without warranties. Our liability is capped at the total you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
  • You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the site, legal violations, or content you submit.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada and the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration through JAMS in Las Vegas, Nevada. You and Casa de Oro waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

Force majeure and the rest

Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder; non-enforcement is not a waiver; we may assign these terms, you may not. These terms and the incorporated policies are the entire agreement.
