Confidence starts with comfort—if your swimwear isn’t a perfect fit, you can send it back with no restocking fees.

Return Eligibility

  • Initiate your return within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with hygiene liners and tags intact.
  • Please try on swimwear over underwear and keep the hygiene sticker in place.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or removed hygiene liners will be refused.
  • Gift cards and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

How to Return

  1. Submit a request on our Contact page. Include your order number, the item(s) you’re returning, and the reason.
  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address.
  3. Ship the item(s) within 7 days of RA approval using any trackable carrier of your choice. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Keep your tracking receipt—packages lost in transit without proof of delivery cannot be refunded.

Refunds & Processing

  • Returns are inspected within 7 business days of arrival at our facility.
  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method; please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to post the credit.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges—place a new order for the desired item at any time.
